Respondents can only access and fill in the form if it has been published.
- Under the
Questions tab, click Share and toggle the Publish button.

How to share my form and add collaborators?
Only the Form Creator can delete the form and add new collaborators.
- Once form has been deleted, all collaborators cannot access the form
- Collaborators may
Duplicate the form to retain it and make edits
- Click the
Collaborators tab
- Search for staff collaborators with their names
How to preview as a student?
Under the Questions tab, click Preview and choose from the students from the dropdown list at the top.
How to login as a student?
If the students entered the URL of a form or scanned the QR code, they will be redirected to this page to log in their NRIC.
- If the students successfully logged in, they will be redirected to this page to fill out the form.
- After submitting the form, students will see a success message.
- Students can submit the form again as long as the form is still published. Only their latest responses will be recorded.
